Recruit, motivate and manage multiple teams of application developers and DBA’s in an agile (Scrum / XP) environment. Serve as ScrumMaster for numerous Business Intelligence (BI), web and enterprise system iterations. - Designed & maintained 1TB SQL Server operational data store, supported by 200+ Reporting Services (SSRS) reports.
